CONFIRMATION

All appointments must be confirmed. You will receive either a text or email 2-3 days prior to your appointment. You must respond “Yes” 24 hours prior to your reserved time or call for changes. If you do not confirm we hold the right to cancel your appointment.

CANCELLATION

We value your time and we hope you value ours, so we require 24hours notice for a cancellation or appointment change, please call the salon to make these changes.
A cancellation fee of $50 will apply if you do not give 24 hours notice.

NO-SHOWS

No shows will not be rebooked and will no longer be welcome as a client of Little Hair Boutique

TARDINESS

Coming to your appointment on time is crucial for your full service to be carried out. If you are running late please call ahead.
If you miss your appointment or we have had to cancel it due to late arrival you may be charged the $50 cancellation fee.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Due to covid 19 we ask that you come to your appointment alone, check in via QR code, sanitise your hands and wear a face mask if instructed to do so by NSW Health.

TREATMENT PREPARATION

We ask that you come with dry hair that has been washed a minimum of 48 hours prior. Please do not come with wet hair for colour or hair extension services.

RETURNS & RESOLVE POLICY

We want all of our clients to leave LHB excited and in love with their new hair. If you are unhappy with your new hair, please let us know immediately. On the rare occasion that you leave unhappy with your hair, we offer a one week return and resolve policy.
Please call the salon, so that we can arrange a time for you to return for a consultation. Once assessed we will offer you the best path to resolve your issues.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently accept payments via cash, EFTPOS, AFTERPAY. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

We do not exchange or refund for change of mind. We will happily replace a faulty item.
